Part of the Endoscopic Vision Challenge

17/09/2021: Submission guidelines updated. TAKE A LOOK!

About

After three very successful iterations of Endoscopic Vision Challenge (MICCAI 2015, 2017 and 2018) here we are back again . This year we are only focusing on colonoscopy images but we add a completely new task: polyp classification. By doing this, this challenge covers the three main computer vision tasks associated to colonoscopy image analysis: lesion detection, segmentation and classification. We propose the use of SD images for polyp detection and segmentation tasks and we go to higher definition ones for the polyp classification one. So, this year again, we offer to you the chance to test your detection, segmentation or classification methods in fully publicly available databases.

So, start to think about whether your existing methodology (or a new one you've always wanted to develop) suits our challenge. If so, you are very welcome to our GIANA challenge. Register now to have access to the training datasets and good luck! We expect to meet you at MICCAI 2021 at Strasbourg!
